This Francis Ford Nope-ola of a director tells his sprawling crime drama with no script, no real actors, no authentic locations, or any sense of how movies or time works. But, somehow, he delivers one of the biggest cop-out endings in movie history. Steve and Justin can never get enough Vitaliy and sincerely wish that he lives forever and then that they all die on the same day.
